IT Sales Representative (MSP) 1099

Located in West Chester, PA, we are seeking an energetic and motivated 1099 IT Sales Representative specializing in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to join our dynamic team. This role is 100% commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity for self-driven sales professionals to leverage their expertise in technology sales, business development, and B2B relationships to grow their business from the ground floor! Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify new MSP prospects and expand existing accounts.
Engage in warm calling, cold outreach, and networking to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor technology solutions accordingly.
Present compelling proposals that highlight the value of our IT services, emphasizing benefits such as security, efficiency, and scalability.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while maintaining professionalism and transparency throughout the process.
Manage ongoing account relationships through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions for accurate reporting and follow-up.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and networking.
Strong understanding of MSP services or IT solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, or managed network services is highly preferred.
